Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how QC VPN handles account details, order information, usage analytics, and necessary service data while providing international routes and network acceleration subscriptions. Please read it before using the service.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required during registration; a username and password are sufficient to create an account. QC VPN does not require an email address as registration data or request one simply to create an account. Account details are used to maintain login status, manage subscription entitlements, sync traffic usage, and handle service requests submitted by users.
Order data includes the selected plan, payment status, order time, transaction identifier, and refund status. This information is used to confirm subscription activation, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial record obligations. QC VPN may also process browser type, page referrer, page paths, error details, and aggregated usage analytics to check that pages work properly, improve navigation, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Providing subscription services also requires processing necessary technical data, such as account-level traffic usage, subscription validity, and server error records. This data is used only for billing, capacity management, security protection, and service maintenance; it is not used to build profiles of users’ browsing activity.
No-Logs Position and Connection Information
QC VPN does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, search content, message bodies, or browsing history that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. The service does not inspect content transmitted through international routes for advertising analytics or user profiling.
During routine service operation, QC VPN does not retain connection logs that permanently link an account and connection time to a specific destination. To maintain subscription status and calculate traffic usage, the system records account-level usage, but this record contains no destination or transmission content. If a connection problem occurs, related information is processed only after a user submits a support ticket with diagnostic materials. Those materials are used for the current issue and deleted or de-identified once the issue is resolved or the materials are no longer necessary.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to retain login sessions, interface preferences, language choices, and necessary security state, allowing the correct account status to persist between pages. This data is not used to sell personal information or for cross-site advertising tracking.
Usage analytics help us understand page usage and identify abnormal requests. Results are used for service improvement and operational maintenance, with aggregation applied where practical. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings; doing so may require another login and may restore some interface preferences to their defaults.
Orders and Third-Party Payments
QC VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service, whose own privacy rules and security measures apply to its payment pages. QC VPN does not directly store complete authentication credentials for third-party payment accounts. It receives only the payment result, transaction identifier, and status information needed to verify an order.
Payment providers may process transaction data according to their legal obligations, risk-control requirements, and business rules. Users should review the policy provided on the relevant payment page before paying. QC VPN uses payment results only as necessary to activate subscriptions, reconcile accounts, process refunds, and resolve disputes.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account and subscription data is retained while an account is active to provide login access, traffic accounting, order lookup, and after-sales support. Order and transaction status may be retained for as long as needed to meet financial, dispute-resolution, or legal obligations. Usage analytics and technical error information are kept only as long as needed for analysis, maintenance, and security, then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket to request deletion of their account and data directly associated with it. QC VPN processes the request after verifying account ownership. Order records that must be retained by law, or unresolved refund or dispute materials, will be deleted after the relevant obligation ends. Account deletion does not affect aggregated statistics that have already been de-identified and can no longer be linked to a specific account.
Policy Updates and User Choices
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. The revised version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes to data use will be explained in a visible notice on the site, so users can review the new version before continuing to use the service.
To access, correct, or delete account data, users can log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Include only the information needed to verify account ownership and explain the request; do not send sensitive content unrelated to the issue.
