Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border access, international routing, and network acceleration subscription services provided by QC VPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules.
Service Scope and Applicability
QC VPN provides subscription services through Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients, covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Available routes, regions, and client features may change based on network conditions, infrastructure maintenance, and operational requirements. Information shown in the user panel reflects current availability.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connections to international websites. It does not represent any website, application, or third-party content provider. When accessing third-party services, users must also follow the relevant platform rules, regional requirements, and content policies. Restrictions, changes, or service interruptions imposed by third parties are outside QC VPN's control.
Account, Credentials, and Device Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and settings changes made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or an account shows unusual activity, users should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
An account may connect an unlimited number of devices at the same time, but it is intended only for management and use by the registered user. Reselling, renting, lending, or publicly sharing account credentials is prohibited, as is splitting subscription access and charging others for it. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, settings changes, or account risks caused by voluntarily sharing credentials.
Subscriptions, Traffic, and Payments
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable terms before payment; after an order is submitted, the order status and active contents shown in the user panel prevail.
The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Users must use a payment method they are authorized to use and ensure that submitted payment information is accurate and valid. If payment processing, network interruptions, or order status synchronization causes a temporary delay, users should retain payment records and check through a ticket before submitting the same order again.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and at the place where the service is used. The service must not be used for illegal activity, infringement of others' rights, interference with network facilities, or distribution of content prohibited by law. Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, attacks, fraud, infringing distribution, bulk spam, or any other activity that affects routes or other users' normal access is prohibited.
Users must not attempt to alter server configurations, evade subscription billing, forge order statuses, or conduct destructive testing of account systems, route resources, or clients. To protect service operations and user interests, QC VPN may investigate and address clearly abnormal access activity as necessary.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
International network quality can be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, device status, target website policies, regional route maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. Connection performance may therefore change over time and across environments. QC VPN maintains or adjusts routes as appropriate, but does not guarantee continuous availability of any route, uninterrupted access to a particular third-party service, or fixed connection performance.
When planned maintenance, emergency repairs, security measures, or external infrastructure issues require some functions to be suspended, QC VPN will provide notice through on-site announcements where feasible. For interruptions beyond the service's reasonable control, third-party platform restrictions, device failures, or losses caused by incorrect configurations, liability will be determined to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension, Termination, Refunds, and Changes
If an account is used for resale or public sharing, illegal activity, malicious resource consumption, attacks on service facilities, submission of false payment information, or continued violations of these terms, QC VPN may restrict routes, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. Any necessary action will be limited to protecting systems, route resources, and other users' normal access.
A full refund without cause may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for the applicable scope, process, and conditions.
These terms may be updated when service content, operational processes, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced on-site. Continued use of the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
